For lunch we stopped at the only Carrows Kitchen in the world. Apparently, Carrows started this "Kitchen" in Bakersfield as an upscale restaurant. They offered a variety of cusines that are not found on the regular Carrows menu. The waitress told me that it didn't go over very big...people would come in and want the regular food. Thus, the experiment ended and they went back to their regular menu but didn't change the sign.
