After traveling about 102 miles we stopped in Eureka and stayed at the Clarion Resort. This place was nice and clean but nothing really special---we were spoiled by the Benbow Inn. We got two rooms at $87 each. It was this evening that roger concluded during dinner that his tooth was really aching and heI had to do something about it. Eureka was the last big town we would be in for the next six days. That night Valerie started making phone calls to find a dentist that could help him.
