Near the Benbow Inn is the town of Garberville, which I find rather interesting.  It has not been discovered by tourists yet so it is indeed a real rural town filled with interesting folk. Many of them one would classify as being rather rough in personality---which is OK. These people should be respected because these are the people who would be the first to defend our nation if we were ever invaded.
