Our third night out, after going 75 miles, was the Benbow Inn, an absolutely marvelous place to stay.  It's very old-fashioned English tourist style. One feels like he is in another time and world. They have a great lobby and a complimentary afternoon tea. The grounds and garden area are superb. The place is very expensive but competely worth it to do at least one time. One roon was $155 and the other was $190. If you get a room on the top floor please remember there is no elevator!
